It's no big deal. But I am really proud of myself for workout at least 3 to 4 times a week usually I get discouraged and quit, especially if the scale is not moving. I feel that this the only thing that I have full control over and I'm going to keep exercising. I find it is really helping me mentally feel good for awhile.

The endorpohins you release during exercise is what makes us feel good ohysically...doing something nice fir yourself is a lving act that puts the icing on the cake..
