Ok gang, here's the scoop...
The garden is 20x30 and totally overgrown- I have been in contact with Jack- from cactus Jack's landscaping- a personal acquaintance- because- this is bigger than 4 girls with weedwackers...lol

Sherry and i have been up there- and bless her heart, Sherry tried to clear a spot to no avail... the lady who manages it is kind of Irate with us for speading weeds that are going to seed soon...so I need to know who is in... I will talk to Jack mon or tues and get him out there to see if he can just mow it and till it will the big industrial machinery...

get in touch with Sherry- Oddtweak- she will be in the loop I will keep her updated, or check back here- if there is anyone else interested in joining- have them sign up....

I can go there straight from work usually (after a snack stop) but this past weeks been too busy- I cant go tomorrow (Thursday) as I also have to work my evening job- but Friday the 27th I can get there around 3-4pm---anyone esle available then?

The community garden is located off of W 143rd street. it s a 20x30 spot that has not been worked in over 2 years. we need to collectively get over there in the early evening to clear it and mulch it so it can be cultivated.. lets pick a meeting date so we can get over there!!!

Well we ahve seen the spot! WEEDS, WEEDS,WEEDS!!!! But thats ok- it will take time and energy but be well worth it!
