What are your strengths?: perserverence, love of virtue, knowing I don't know, stage presence

What are your challenges?: acceptance is not always embracing pain

How did the Universe lead you here?: I was seeking the spiritual while tangled in religion. Marianne had a 12 step meeting at A Village, when it was on Berea rd. Lakewood area. She was so great to talk to, and such a great help in the face of my acid-learned paranoia. That I figured there'd be more to come from A Village than I would have ever bargained for.

What are your hobbies and interests?: catching up on movies, literature, history, politics, nutrition/herbology vs. western medicine, religion vs. perspective

Favorite books: Friday Night Knitting Club, The Dictionary, National Geographic

What are you looking for by joining A Village?: Love is something you find, relationships are things you make.
I am getting out of my dreams and into my car, so to speak

Breathing and breathwork is very important to allowing our energy to flow- we shallow breathe when we have blocks...when we are trying to repress emotion... allowing air to flow and be conscious of breath is a great step!!!!
