- HI AMY!!!!....Thanks for writing! Well, I am no expert in the paranormal...but I do believe in the orbs as spirits...also the globules. There are some that say that these digital cameras are all picking up dust..and that the dust magnifies and it looks like orbs when you look at the photo. Now, that MAY be true in some cases, but truthfully, how do they explain the different colors..and the different shapes of the orbs, etc. ?? Ya know? I am not a skeptic...I do believe that these are all spirits. I went to a website when I typed in orbs one night and there is a couple who are convinced that spirits, in their own dimension can zoom in on all of us on earth and that when you get an orb..that is like there little camera looking at us...so they are seeing us through this little porthole so to speak. I don't have their website....I should look it up and get it for you..you can read up on what they say...very interesting.
I believe that some spirits show up when others don't because you just happen to take the photo at the right time...and they just happen to want you to see them. I believe they could be guardian angels..watching over the little ones in pictures like the ones you mentioned of your children. And..they can always hop around if they want to..you just happened to catch one with one son and not the other at the time...but I do believe you will catch another with the other...eventually. You will see them all the time. It also seems to me that the spirits show themselves in orb form to those who have faith enough to believe that they are indeed seeing a spirit friend or loved one...or guide, or angel..etc. It is fascinating. I would love to delve more into the paranormal. In fact, I want to join an investigating team...only.....I would not call it GHOSTHUNTERS.....because i don't think that these are ghosts....I believe in good spirits and angels much more than ghosts...and I don't understand why these paranormal investigators are always looking for ghosts...they would do much better and get much more info from the happy and good spirits hanging around. But..for some reason, people always seem to think that if there is a spirit present they are either haunting the place...or evil...which is SO NOT TRUE.

- HI AMY!!!!! Boy..how good it feels to have someone look at my photos and not think I am a looney tune!!! Of course, there hasn't been anyone on this site that thinks that and this is why I love this site. When I started taking photos at night, I thought.."People will think I am nuts for doing this, " but then...ya know..who cares what others think? The best time to get spirit photos is at night.....and..when you are completely filled with faith that they are there. Also in the daytime....you can get tons of ORBS and globules..but let me tell ya something.....When people tell you NOT to shoot into the sun or with the sun behind you...FORGET ABOUT THAT...take them when the sun is to your side or slightly in front of you..the ANGELS HANG OUT IN THE SUNS RAYS...truthfully....they will always be IN THE LIGHT.....and you will always be able to tell the difference between light refraction and angel hues....they vary in color, size, shape and will never look the same in each photo. Tell ya what, if you would like to see more of my spirit pics, I will send some to you...I really ought to make a website up of these photos...because the spirits have shown up in so many different ways and it is cool to see all the varied forms.

Looking forward to talking with you more about this...and HAVE FUN...keep an open heart and BELIEVE....also....make sure you have a great digital. The one I have now does not work like the last one I had for taking spirit photos.....I HAVE NO IDEA WHY!!!
shutter speed perhaps..lens...I don't know..but cameras make a difference. Try different cameras...
